We do not produce in advance but only after the order has arrived and by doing this we make sure that our customers always receive fresh products. This also allows us to produce our goods without any preservatives.

Almost all of our products are made in our manufactory in Osnabrück using traditional craft processes and some products are even freshly made on site, several times a day including, for example, our famous Sylter Rote Grütze which is a delicious red fruit and berry jelly.
